Freshasia is a specialist producer of frozen Asian food products. The company was founded in the UK in 2008 by a Chinese immigrant who wished to bring high-quality Asian cuisine to homes across Europe. Chinese dumplings typically consist of a thin layer of pastry folded around a filling of meat or vegetables (or a combination of the two). Many kinds of Chinese dumplings are enjoyed year-round, but especially during Chinese New Year festivities. Freshasia's Dumplings (Sichuan Spicy Pork) capture the aromatic spiciness that encapsulates traditional Sichuan cuisine.
