Freshasia is a specialist producer of frozen Asian food products. The company was founded in the UK in 2008 by a Chinese immigrant who wished to bring high-quality Asian cuisine to homes across Europe. Chinese dumplings typically consist of a thin layer of pastry folded around a filling of meat or vegetables (or a combination of the two). Many kinds of Chinese dumplings are enjoyed year-round, especially during Chinese New Year festivities. Freshasia's Dumplings (Chicken & Shitake Mushroom) blends light minced chicken with the umami notes of Shitake mushroom. A delicate dumpling dish with lighter, more mellow flavours. Each dumpling is meticulously crafted and frozen to perfection. The packet contains delicious dumplings that are ready to cook and can be quickly prepared and plated for the whole family to enjoy.
