Freshasia is a specialist producer of frozen Asian food products. The company was founded in the UK in 2008 by a Chinese immigrant who wished to bring high-quality Asian cuisine to homes across Europe. Chinese dumplings typically consist of a thin layer of pastry folded around a filling of meat or vegetables (or a combination of the two). Many kinds of Chinese dumplings are enjoyed year-round, but especially during Chinese New Year festivities. Freshasia's Dumplings (Pork, Shitake Mushroom & Black Fungus) blend succulent pork with umami notes brought on by the combination of Shitake mushrooms and Chinese black fungus. Every bite is rich, flavourful, and pungent. Each dumpling is meticulously crafted and frozen to perfection. The packet contains delicious dumplings that are ready to cook and can be quickly prepared and plated for the whole family to enjoy.
