HDL is the shortened version of Haidilao, which means fortune in the Sichuan dialect. They were originally a chain of restaurants in the Sichuan region of China, but have expanded into producing sauces and seasonings for supermarket distribution and home use. HDL’s Spicy Flavour Seasoning For Stir-Fry, also known as “Mala Xiang Guo Stir-Fry Sauce”, is the perfect way to bring the authentic flavour of this traditional Sichuan dish to your home. The seasoning combines a blend of chilli peppers, Sichuan peppercorns, and other spices, to create a fiery and vibrant concoction. To use, simply stir-fry your favourite vegetables, meat, or seafood in a pan with a little oil before finishing with the seasoning in the pan.
