Taro Brand's Fish Snack is a Thai salty and savoury snack product produced from dried lizard fish. Lizard fish are a subtropical bottom feeder with a taste similar to flounder. Taro Brand's Fish Snack (Barbecue) takes shredded lizard fish, dries it out with salt, coats it in a tapioca and wheat starch, and adds a touch of soy sauce and chilli extract for flavouring. The finished product is lightly grilled before being packaged, and ready to enjoy. A fishy snack, full of flavour, and ready to eat. The barbecue-flavoured version is coated in a light seasoning made from spices for a more robust BBQ flavour.
