Beksul Frying Mix 튀김가루

CJ CheilJedang are a South Korean food company that manufactures food ingredients and frozen packaged food products. Its core brands include Bibigo, Gourmet, and Hatbahn. Beksul is one of CJ's main popular Korean brands and its name is supposed to mean "glitters like snowflakes", hence the brand's logo. The Beksul brand has been in production since 1963 and has a reputation among Koreans for quality. Beksul's Frying Mix for Cooking is a type of mixed flour which can be used as a batter (like tempura) when preparing fried food items. The flour mix has a wheat flour base, but is also combined with corn flour, baking powder, rice flour, and a few spices. Simply add water to the mix, then use the batter paste to coat vegetables, seafood, or chicken and enjoy Korean style fried food.
