Bai Jia is a Chinese food producer situated in the Sichuan province of Southwest China. The region is world famous for its unique take on Chinese cuisine. Bai Jia’s Chongqing Noodles (Hot & Sour Flavour) are instant noodles in the style of Chongging noodles, a dish originating from the city of the same name situated at the confluence of the Yangtze and Jialing rivers in Southwestern China.
